The Third Annual Paper Airplane Festival presented by Bank of America

2008 Festival Information:
The Museum's Paper Airplane Festival is set to unfold on April 12th, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The mass launch will happen after the festival at 1:15 p.m.

Overview of the Festival:
Participate in an inspirational and educational day, enjoying hands-on experiences while gaining insight into the science of flight by creating many fun types of paper airplanes. Through these fun activities attendees can learn the four fascinating forces of flight. They can also enter paper airplane competitions, including for longest flight, longest air time, and precision flight. The museum has also applied to the Guinness Book of World records to attempt to set a new record for the most paper airplanes launched at the same time.
