San Diego Air & Space Museum Launches New Online Store

San Diego Air & Space Museum (SDASM) announced today that they have officially launched their online e-commerce store site,

The goal of the online store is to give aviation enthusiasts a place to find unique and collectible aviation related products.

With the launch of, hundreds of historical aviation products are now available online including:

Aviation books and publications: A broad variety of limited publications, hard to find books and magazines are now on-line. Many are of historical significance themselves, being first editions or autographed copies of aviation oriented publications.

Clothing and memorabilia: A clothing line based on historically significant aircraft from the San Diego Air & Space Museum collection, like the P-29 Boeing Peashooter. The Peashooter was the last open cockpit fighter delivered to the Army Air Corps and best remembered for its aerodynamic art-deco design features.

Framed Photographs: An extensive collection of digitally reproduced photographs from The San Diego Air & Space Museum Library & Archives, one of the largest collections of Air & Space-related books and archival materials in the United States.

"It's our hope through the Museum will be able to deliver quality aviation products to people anywhere, they don't have to live in San Diego to benefit from this service," said Jim Kidrick President and CEO of SDASM.
