Mount Everest Academy at the Low Speed Windtunnel

A school group from Mount Everest Academy were recently given a very exclusive behind-the-scenes look at ongoing testing at the Museum’s Low Speed Wind Tunnel. By special arrangement through the Museum’s education department, the students toured the facility (the only privately held low-speed aeronautical wind tunnel in the United States), and were given a very special look at ongoing testing of a flying car concept, including viewing active testing while they watched from the control room.
